Chuhan Jiao is a Ph.D. student in Visualization and Interactive Systems at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. His research interest lies at the intersection between human-computer interaction and computer vision. His Ph.D. project focuses on generating, understanding, and learning representations of gaze data.
Swati Jindal is a Ph.D. student at the Computer Vision Lab of University of California Santa Cruz, USA. Her research interests focuses on developing computer vision and deep learning methods for image or video-based gaze tracking. She has served as Programme Committee for Gaze Meets ML workshop, held in conjunction with NeurIPS 2023.
Mihai Bâce is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at KU Leuven, Belgium. His research is at the intersection of human-computer interaction and machine learning with a focus on modelling different user (interactive) behaviours computationally, such as user attention and gaze behaviour. Mihai has previously served as a short papers chair for ETRA 2021.
Andreas Bulling is Full Professor of Computer Science at the University of Stuttgart and Director of the research group Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Systems. Andreas has had various conference organisation roles over the years, most relevant in the context of this proposal as general chair for ETRA 2020 and 2021. He founded the PETMEI workshop series and organised its first edition in 2011 together with Andrew Duchowski and Päivi Majaranta.
