We accept submissions with a page limit of 8 pages (any number of references, max. 150 words abstract) in the (latest ACM article template, sample-manuscript.tex, also availble on Overleaf, searching for ACM Conference Proceedings "Master" Template. Please use single column LaTeX template with “manuscript,review,anonymous” style. Please use the "author year" citation and reference format.
In addition to research papers we explicitly invite submissions of position papers and papers that describe preliminary results or work-in-progress. Submissions will be peer-viewed by three members of the technical program committee with respect to novelty, significance, technical quality, and their potential to spark interesting discussions. Please note that all submissions must be anonymized for blind review.
ETRA Fast-Track
We are pleased to announce that PETMEI 2024 will have a fast submission track for papers that were rejected by ETRA 2024. The deadline for this track is March 23rd. To be eligible, authors must submit all of the following information along with their paper:
- The paper ID of the ETRA 2024 submission
- The authors listed on the ETRA 2024 submission
- The title of the ETRA 2024 submission
- The original PDF submitted to ETRA 2024
- All ETRA 2024 reviews, including scores and all text
- A response document describing changes made since the ETRA 2024 submission. Authors can address the feedback from reviewers and explain any errors they believe that reviewers made.
Accepted papers will be published as part of the ETRA Workshop Proceedings and in the ACM Digital Library. At least one author for each accepted paper is required to attend the workshop and present the paper.
